At Verolix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique, handcrafted purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with a transparent and straightforward return process.
1. 30-Day Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return period. The return window begins on the day you receive your package. To be eligible for a refund, the return must be initiated within this 30-day period.
2. Eligibility for Return
To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items showing excessive wear, customer-inflicted damage, or those not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send items back to the sender’s address on the package. To start a return, please contact us first:

4. Local Return Addresses
To provide a convenient experience, we offer local return hubs. Depending on your location, you will be directed to send your item to:
- UK Returns: Our processing center in Brandon, Suffolk.
- US Returns: Our processing center in Fontana, California.Â
- International Returns (Outside UK & US): For customers located outside of the United Kingdom and the United States, returns are still accepted within our 30-day window. Due to global logistics, international customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our nearest regional fulfillment center or our Global Operations Center, depending on the most cost-effective route for you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Non-Faulty Goods: If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Defective or Incorrect Item: If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, Verolix covers all return costs by providing a prepaid label or issuing a full reimbursement.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: Credits will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

7. Exchanges
