At Verolix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique, handcrafted purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return period. The return window begins on the day you receive your package. If 30 days have passed since your receipt, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Any product that shows excessive wear, has been damaged by the customer, or is not in resalable condition cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any items back, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return:

Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with the detailed return address and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-Faulty Goods: If the return is not due to a product defect or an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Defective or Incorrect Item: If you received a defective item or if we sent the incorrect product, Verolix will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label or arranging collection.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Shipping Risk During Return

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Verolix does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The security of the package is the customer’s responsibility until it is officially signed for at our processing center.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@verolix.co.uk.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@verolix.co.uk, and we will provide guidance. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
