At Verolix, we ensure that your handcrafted treasures are delivered efficiently and with transparency. Our products are shipped from dedicated fulfillment centers in the United Kingdom, the United States, and China, depending on the destination and the product’s origin.

Shipping Time Frame Structure

Our delivery estimate consists of two parts: Processing Time (the time needed to create the handmade item) and Shipping Time (the transit time).

• Processing Time: Since many of our items are handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
• Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

1. Domestic Shipping (UK Orders)

Orders shipping within the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.

• Carrier: Evri or Royal Mail.
• Shipping Time: 4-5 business days (after the processing period).
• Total Delivery Time Estimate: 7-10 business days.

2. United States Shipping (US Orders)

Orders shipping to the United States are fulfilled from our US fulfillment center.

• Carrier: USPS, FedEx, or equivalent local carriers.
• Shipping Time: 6-8 business days (after the processing period).
• Total Delivery Time Estimate: 9-13 business days.

3. International Shipping (All Other Countries)

Orders shipping to countries other than the UK and US are fulfilled from our China fulfillment center or the most appropriate global hub.

• Shipping Time: 15-20 business days (after the processing period).
• Total Delivery Time Estimate: 18-25 business days.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

To provide a seamless delivery experience, Verolix simplifies the import process for our customers:

Verolix operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders.

Customers do not need to pay any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery.

Our listed shipping fees already cover all applicable duties and taxes required for customs clearance.

Tracking and Assistance

• Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders, regardless of the shipping method or destination.
• Shipping Costs: Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your total order weight and destination.
