1. Delivery Time Frame
Our total delivery estimate is calculated in two stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.

- Total Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time.
- Domestic Shipping (UK Orders)
Orders shipping within the United Kingdom are fulfilled directly from our local hub in Brandon, Suffolk, to ensure reliable and rapid delivery.
- Fulfillment Center: Brandon, Suffolk, UK.
- Carriers: Evri or Royal Mail.
- Transit Time: 2-4 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery: 3-7 business days.
3. United States Shipping (US Orders)
Orders shipping to the United States are fulfilled from our regional facility.
- Fulfillment Center: Fontana, California, USA.
- Carriers: USPS, FedEx, or equivalent local carriers.
- Transit Time: 3-6 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery: 4-9 business days.
4. International Shipping (Rest of World)
For international destinations or specific handmade designs not currently held in regional stock, items are dispatched from our Global Operations Center in China.
- Fulfillment Center: Zibo, Shandong, China.
- Transit Time: 7-12 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery: 8-15 business days.
- Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (DDP)
To ensure a worry-free experience, Verolix operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders:

- Hassle-Free Delivery: You will not be required to pay any additional VAT, customs duties, or import taxes upon delivery.
- Pre-paid Duties: Our shipping fees and product prices already cover all applicable duties and taxes required for customs clearance.
